The opening of H&M store in the Baltia Mall in Kaliningrad.

On November 27, 2020, the grand opening of the H&M store took place in the "Baltia Mall" shopping center in Kaliningrad.
ANA Group acted as a General Contractor of the object.
The following scope of construction works was accomplished: civil works works, electrical works, low-voltage systems installation, water supply, sewage, HVAC, fire-fighting systems installation.
The project was successfully implemented despite the restrictions that arosed in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The object with an area of 2000 sq. m. is located in the shopping and entertainment center "Baltia Mall" at the address: Primorskoe Koltso, 2, Kaliningrad.
